add "word" menus on a a bar across the top, the icons are not a good likeness - & why does your company "check off" - "update weekly" when we are supposedly "NOT" allowed updates - Are we?

Make the settings work, outputresolution is not applied, vertical cropping is wrong

You can crop, but vertical cropping goes wrong with horrible results, also vertical and horizontal resolutions can be set, but the outputresolutions do not match: that is very bad, bad compression, no possibility to burn to DVD without recoding...

Include support for Windows Media Center format (.wtv)

Include options to copy instead of transcoding if the output encoding is the same - say you're just recoding an .m4v or mkv file to an .mp4 and want to keep the same AVC video track.

the installation box used is very dated, your program however is very impressive looking and quite beautiful looking. I would suggest however that the instillation program should get the same attention to detail. Seeing such a dated instillation...
